 3 overripe bananas
 2 cups all-purpose flour
 1 cup granulated sugar
 2 large eggs
 ½ melted butter or oil
 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mash the overripe bananas using a fork or potato masher until smooth and creamy.

Add the melted butter or oil, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
